Project Manager – Fitout

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Planning & Strategy: Develop and oversee the master plan for fitout projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and design intent.
• Leadership & Direction: Provide strategic, technical, and operational guidance to project teams to ensure timely and professional execution within scope and budget.
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets effectively, minimizing risks and controlling costs while maximizing value and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Construction Supervision: Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless transitions between all phases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Project Governance: Implement and enforce project management plans in line with company standards and client expectations.
• Handover & Closeout: Oversee final project stages, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Secure all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Team Coordination: Manage multi-disciplinary teams, reviewing and approving contractor submittals, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and as-built documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials and installations meet technical specifications and industry quality benchmarks.
• Contractual Management: Coordinate all site-related contractual activities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and internal departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 15 years in project management, with a strong focus on fitout, construction, or related industries.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability in project planning, execution, budget control, and stakeholder coordination.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fitout-specific regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
